UJeans are made using over ten of your body's measurements. This ensures that the jeans fit in all the right places. TOP Can I measure myself? Yes, you can measure yourself. Using our easy step-by-step instructions you can take the measurements that are required to make your pair of UJeans. If you don't have a tailor's tape we can send you one for free. TOP What if I'm having difficulty measuring myself? Some measurements are easier to complete with the assistance of a friend, so ask one to help! UJeans has an association with Stitch It stores across Canada. If you need help, simply go to www.stitchit.com and find the nearest Stitch It location. This package has a discount coupon that will allow you to get your measurements completed at any Stitch It location for only $5.00 (plus applicable taxes). TOP Is there going to be a "size" label on my jeans? No. UJeans do not have sizes, as they were made for you. The only "size" that we have on our label is "perfect"! TOP Do you charge extra for large sizes? No. Big, small, short or tall. It's all the same price. TOP My measurements can, ahem, "vary" slightly. What about that? Just like any good pair of pants, the fabric will allow for a little bit extra here and there. We would suggest that you look at our cotton/lycra fabrics as they will stretch and return to their regular state better than 100% cotton. TOP What about my privacy? I don't want anyone knowing my personal information. Not to worry, your information is secure with us. We treat your personal information with the utmost sensitivity, under no circumstance will your personal information ever be given to anyone or any third party. We do not sell our client information. We will however occasionally send you information on up coming promotions or information related to our company. That's it. TOP There are so many choices for the jeans! What do I do? It can look like there are too many choices when it comes to creating your jeans. It really comes down to six main choices Fit, Rise, Closures, Pockets, Legs and Ankles. This guide will help to explain the choices that you need to make along the way. TOP I have a favourite pair of jeans that I want copied. Can you do that? The best thing to do is wear your favourite pair of jeans when you do complete the measurements. Take a look at the choices that are listed and compare them with your favourite pair of jeans. This will ensure that the UJeans will be as close to your old jeans as possible. TOP How long does it take for my UJeans to arrive? Generally speaking it takes about five to seven weeks for your jeans to arrive after your order has been processed. TOP What if my jeans do not fit? First tell us! Our contact information is at the end of the booklet. Send us back the jeans. If we have made a mistake in creating your jeans we will send you a new pair. TOP I don't like the jeans. What is your return policy? Simply tell us why, return the jeans to us and we'll send you your money back, less shipping and handling charges. You'll need to do this within 30 days of receiving your jeans though. TOP Oh, My Gosh! I've got to tell my friend about these jeans! Please do! If your friend purchases a pair of jeans from us you'll find $10 cash (well actually a cheque, but you get the idea) in your pocket!
